Summary As a Tailor you perform precise alterations and repairs on men’s tailored garments, delivering excellent fit and craftsmanship. You collaborate with the in-store sales and styling teams to ensure timely alterations and a seamless client experience. Responsibilities Perform alterations and repairs on men’s suiting and tailored garments with accuracy and care. Provide expert advice on fit, measurements, and garment construction to clients. Maintain high standards of quality and consistency across all alterations. Collaborate with sales and styling teams to ensure timely delivery and a seamless client experience. Keep the tailoring workspace organized, efficient, and aligned with store standards. Support training and knowledge sharing within the tailoring team. Requirements Skilled tailor with experience in men’s suiting and alterations. Strong attention to detail and commitment to craftsmanship and quality. Reliable and able to work efficiently under time constraints. Good communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with store staff and clients.
