Construction Superintendent

Superintendent | Ground-Up Multifamily Project | Fort Lauderdale, FL

I'm currently representing a well-established South Florida owner Developer that is looking to add an experienced Superintendent to their team in Fort Lauderdale.

This individual will lead the field operations on a ground-up 5-10 story project , overseeing all site activities from start to finish while ensuring quality, safety, scheduling, and subcontractor performance.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all on-site construction activities from groundbreaking through turnover
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel
• Drive project schedules and ensure milestones are achieved
• Maintain the highest standards of safety, quality, and workmanship
• Conduct site meetings and provide progress updates to project stakeholders
• Identify and resolve field issues in a proactive manner

Requirements:

• 10+ years of Superintendent experience with a General Contractor or Developer
• Proven experience delivering ground-up projects from start to finish
• Experience with multifamily, mixed-use, commercial, or mid-rise projects preferred
• Strong scheduling and subcontractor management skills
• Knowledge of South Florida construction practices and building codes
• Ability to lead teams and maintain a positive jobsite culture
