Overall Summary


As a service consultant you will be responsible for initiating automotive services and repairs by ascertaining vehicle performance problems and service requests; verifying warranty and service contract coverage; developing estimates; writing repair orders; maintaining customer records. You will serve as the communicator and liaison between the customer and technician; ensuring the customer's needs are understood by the technician and the needed and recommended service/repairs are understood by the customer.

Service Advisor - Automotive Service


We are seeking an experienced Service Advisor to provide exceptional customer service while guiding guests through their vehicle's maintenance and repair needs.


Responsibilities
Greet customers and provide a professional, welcoming service experience.
Write accurate repair orders and communicate vehicle concerns to technicians.
Review inspections and explain recommended maintenance and repairs to guests.
Confidently recommend and sell additional services based on vehicle condition and manufacturer recommendations.
Use photos, videos, and digital vehicle inspections to help guests understand needed services.
Provide clear estimates and keep customers informed throughout the repair process.
Follow up on declined services and future maintenance needs.
Maintain strong customer relationships and support customer retention.
Work closely with technicians and management to ensure quality and timely service.
Meet or exceed customer satisfaction and sales goals.

Qualifications
2+ years of automotive service experience, preferably as a Service Advisor.
Strong knowledge of automotive maintenance and repair.
Proven ability to sell recommended services while building customer trust.
Excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
Comfortable using digital inspection tools, photos, and videos.
Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
Valid driver's license.

Employment Position: Full Time


Salary: $45,000.00 - $80,000.00 Yearly
