Evergreen Ford in Issaquah, Washington is looking for their next General Manager! Evergreen Ford is part of the Cam Clark Auto Group, a multinational auto organization that is searching for an experienced GM to lead this Ford dealership.

As General Manager, you will be accountable for the overall success of the dealership, leading all departments to achieve exceptional operational, financial, and guest experience results. You will inspire and develop high-performing teams while implementing strategies that maximize revenue, profitability, and market share. Your key responsibilities:

Operational Leadership

Provide strategic and operational leadership across all dealership departments, including:

New Vehicle Sales, Pre-Owned Vehicle Sales

Service, Parts

Finance & Insurance (F&I)

Foster a culture of accountability, high performance, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Lead, mentor, and develop department managers and team members to achieve their full professional potential.

Sales & Financial Performance

Develop and execute sales strategies that consistently achieve or exceed monthly and annual performance objectives.

Manage dealership profitability through effective P&L leadership and financial oversight.

Monitor key dealership performance indicators and implement action plans to drive results.

Analyze market trends, competitive activity, and business opportunities to maximize market share and return on investment.

Guest Experience Excellence

Champion an exceptional guest experience throughout every stage of the guest journey.

Being the cultural ambassador for guest satisfaction and service excellence.

Implement best practices that drive customer loyalty, retention, and dealership reputation.

Inventory & Business Management

Oversee inventory management, pricing strategies, retail operations, and wholesale activities.

Ensure inventory levels are aligned with market demand and dealership objectives.

Utilize data-driven decision-making to optimize inventory performance and profitability.

Extensive and proven Ford dealership leadership experience is mandatory.

Demonstrated long-term success in dealership management with a track record of achieving strong operational and financial results.
