Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

As a Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) at Matrix Behavior Solutions, LLC, you will have the opportunity to directly impact clients' lives through evidence‑based interventions and compassionate care. Key Responsibilities Deliver direct 1:1 behavioral health interventions to individuals aged 2‑21 in homes, schools, daycares and community settings. Implement individualized treatment plans (ITP) under the supervision of a Behavior Consultant (BC) and Assistant‑Behavior Consultant (A‑BC). Focus on social skills, life skills and adaptive functioning to help clients transfer skills to everyday contexts. Complete daily paperwork and submit weekly reports to the office for review. Participate in ongoing training and supervision to enhance skills and knowledge. Ensure compliance with IBHS regulations and MCO guidelines. Qualifications & Experience High school diploma or equivalent. Completed a 40‑hour RBT training program with certification signed by a BCBA or BC‑ABA. Must have a valid driver’s license. When having a bachelor’s degree: Law, psychology, social work, counseling, education, or criminal justice with no prior work experience. Any other field with at least one year of full‑time paid work involving direct contact with children or adolescents. When having an associate degree or 60 credits toward a bachelor’s degree: At least three years of full‑time paid work involving direct contact with children or adolescents. Licensed practical nurse with at least three years of full‑time paid work involving direct contact with children or adolescents. Other Requirements Background checks, transcripts of degrees, and clearances to work in direct contact with children and adolescents (ACT 33, 34 and FBI clearances). Active mandated reporting certificate (Act 31) and NSOR verification. Ability to participate in Medicaid and Medicare programs. Compensation Salary: $18‑$25 per hour.
