Dialysis Registered Nurse (RN) – Franklin, TN | Overnight Call & Saturday Coverage

• Location: Franklin, TN
• Start Date: 10/01/2026
• End Date: 12/26/2026
• Shift: Overnight, 5:00 PM – 8:00 AM (call shifts included)
• Hours/Week: Guaranteed 40 hours
• Employment Type: Contract
• Licenses/Certifications: TN RN License or Compact, BLS, ACLS
• Experience: Minimum 2 years acute dialysis, ICU dialysis experience required

• Hourly Rate: $51/hour

• Provide acute hemodialysis treatments for inpatient and ICU patients
• Respond promptly and maintain a 30-minute response time during on-call hours
• Evaluate patient status before, during, and after dialysis
• Operate and troubleshoot the Tablo Hemodialysis System effectively
• Collaborate with physicians, intensivists, and care teams to coordinate patient care
• Ensure accurate documentation of treatments and patient interactions
• Adhere to hospital policies, infection control, and dialysis best practices

• Active Tennessee RN license or license in a qualifying compact state
• Minimum of 2 years recent acute dialysis experience, ICU dialysis experience preferred
• Valid BLS and ACLS certifications
• Proficiency with all dialysis vascular access types and Tablo Hemodialysis System
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, acute care environment
• Strong critical thinking and communication skills
