Wage and Compensation Hourly Wage: $14 - $27 per hour. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage for the job location. Additional Compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives and premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Job Overview Remodel associates assist facilities through the remodel process, including working with the fixture warehouse, dismantling and setting up new fixtures and displays, and cleaning areas that have been remodeled.
