Plumbing Installer - Boiler Specialist

Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Plumbing Installer with a strong background in boiler and hydronic system installations. This role is ideal for a technician who is confident installing residential boilers, understands best practices in piping, venting, and system layout, and wants to continue sharpening their technical skillset with a respected local company. You will work alongside a professional team that values doing things right the first time, serving customers with integrity, and continuously improving as technicians and teammates. What You’ll Do Install residential plumbing systems, boiler, and hydronic heating systems Perform boiler change‑outs, new installations, and system upgrades Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and installation manuals Properly size, pipe, vent, and commission boiler systems Ensure all installations meet local and state codes Communicate professionally with customers and internal team members Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site Represent the Tonna brand with professionalism and pride What We’re Looking For Proven experience installing boilers (residential required; light commercial a plus) Solid background in residential plumbing installations Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail High integrity and pride in workmanship Desire to continuously improve as a technician Team‑oriented mindset with the ability to work independently Organized with strong follow‑through Clear verbal and written communication skills Valid driver’s license Compensation & Benefits Competitive pay based on experience and boiler expertise Health Insurance 401(k) with company match Year‑End Profit Sharing Bonus Program Paid vacation and holidays Paid uniforms Company iPad and cell phone Mobile dispatching and job management software Ongoing training and continued education opportunities Hours of operation are from 7am – 5pm Monday through Friday. On‑call and/or overtime hours may be required.
