About the Role: We’re looking for a caring and enthusiastic Pediatric Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our fun, supportive team at our Littleton clinic. Position Details: Location: In‑person, Littleton clinic Schedule: Full‑time, Part‑Time, PRN Full‑time schedules: Monday–Friday, Optional Saturdays 4–10s and 4-8s schedule available for full‑time team members Part‑time schedules: flexible and based on clinic needs Clinic Hours Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM Friday: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM Compensation $5,000 Sign On Bonus for Full‑time $2,500 Sign On Bonus for Part‑time / PRN What You’ll Do Evaluate and treat pediatric clients (ages 0–21) in outpatient and virtual settings Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide high‑quality, family‑centered care Complete evaluations, progress notes, and documentation efficiently and on time Licensed Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) in Colorado. Experience in pediatric home health or related field preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with children and families. Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) documentation. Ability to develop and implement personalized treatment plans for diverse patient needs. Flexibility and adaptability to work with children who have varying diagnoses and challenges.
