Warehouse Manager

We’re looking for a motivated and highly dependable Warehouse Manager to join our fabrication facility in Columbus, OH. In this role, you’ll oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring materials, inventory, and finished products are organized, accurate, and moving efficiently to support production and customer needs. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to manage priorities, solve problems, and keep the warehouse operating safely and efficiently while leading a team-oriented environment.

Position Overview:

• Lead and oversee the warehouse team and daily warehouse, yard, shipping, and receiving operations, including workflow, task assignments, and movement of materials and finished products
• Operate machinery to support production and other operational activities to help maintain workflow and meet customer and production demands, including lifting, carrying, loading, unloading, and moving heavy materials as needed
• Maintain accurate inventory levels and product locations, including receiving materials, organizing storage areas, performing cycle counts, and resolving discrepancies
• Ensure customer orders are pulled, checked, packaged, staged, and shipped accurately and on time
• Inspect finished products for defects to ensure quality standards are met before products are packaged or shipped
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse and yard and ensure compliance with company safety procedures
• Communicate with management and other departments regarding inventory, orders, receiving, shipping, and warehouse or machinery issues
• Perform other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications:

• Previous supervisory or leadership experience in a warehouse or manufacturing facility preferred
• Comfortable working with production equipment and machinery (CNC router, chop saw, etc)
• Ability to train, direct, and hold team members accountable
• Ability to learn and effectively use inventory, ERP, and warehouse management systems
• Basic to intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Excel
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Physically capable of lifting and moving up to 60 lbs
