Sales/Customer Service Representative

Customer Service Representative

A growing manufacturing company in Oxford is seeking a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team!

Schedule: Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM

Pay: $16.00 $18.00 per hour (based on experience)

What You'll Do:

Receive and process customer orders by phone and email
Enter orders accurately into the system
Confirm order details and delivery schedules with customers
Monitor orders through production and shipment
Assist customers with product information and sample requests
Resolve customer concerns and provide outstanding customer service
Maintain accurate records and documentation
Perform other administrative and customer service duties as assigned

What We're Looking For:

Previous customer service, administrative, or office experience preferred
Strong communication and organizational skills
Basic computer and data entry skills
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Positive attitude and strong attention to detail
