24/7 Healthcare Facility Maintenance Manager
Facility Services Inc.
Facility Services Inc. is seeking a Contract Maintenance Manager to oversee operations, maintenance, repair, and facility management tasks. Must be available during normal working hours (Mon–Fri 0730–1630) and on-call for emergencies, with on-site presence within one hour when required. You will supervise a diverse 24/7 workforce, coordinate with the customer FM for reports and scheduling, ensure contract compliance, manage subcontractors, maintain documentation for TJC, NFPA, EPA, OSHA, and #J-18808-Ljbffr Facility Services Inc.
