What You'll Do

• Direct and manage resident health and wellness programs and services
• Monitor and maintain compliance with all applicable state licensing requirements
• Lead, coach, and develop nursing and caregiving team members, including recruitment and performance management
• Complete resident evaluations, oversee individualized care plans, and manage medication-related processes
• Collaborate with healthcare providers, family members, and outside professionals to support resident care needs
• Serve as a resource for urgent situations and provide on-call assistance to team members when needed
• Ensure resident documentation, operational policies, procedures, and training materials remain current and accurate
• Support community operations as needed and maintain a hands-on approach to resident care and team success

What You'll Need

• Active RN or LPN/LVN license in the State of Texas
• CPR Certification 
• 3 - 5 years of nursing experience in an assisted living or memory care setting
• Ability to manage care team effectively
• Sensitivity and strong communication skills for working with residents and families
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends and evenings, along with stepping onto the floor to provide coverage and support when necessary.
