Position Summary We are seeking an experienced registered nurse to provide clinical training, mentorship, and support to field nurses, ensuring high‑quality, patient‑centered care in home health settings. Responsibilities Train and mentor new and existing field nurses through orientation, skills validation, and ongoing education. Conduct field visits to assess competency, provide coaching, and support clinical staff with complex cases. Ensure compliance with CMS regulations, OASIS documentation, and agency policies. Collaborate with leadership to develop educational programs, resources, and quality initiatives. Promote evidence‑based practice and professional growth among staff. Requirements Current RN license in California; BSN required. 3+ years of clinical nursing experience, preferably in home health. Experience in education, training, or precepting. Strong knowledge of home health regulations and OASIS documentation. Excellent communication and teaching skills. Ability to travel within the assigned territory.
