Licensed Vocational Nurse Substance Abuse Treatment
We are hiring LVNs for a residential behavioral health program serving adults in recovery from substance use disorders. Ideal for nurses who value continuity of care and therapeutic communication.
Support RNs/providers with detox and rehab care plans
Monitor withdrawal symptoms and vital trends
Administer medications and document per policy
Assist with intake assessments and care coordination
Encourage patients through education and therapeutic engagement
Active Texas LVN license; BLS required
1+ year clinical experience (behavioral/rehab/detox preferred)
Team-oriented with strong patient advocacy
Evening or Night shifts (8s or 12s)
$29 to $34/hr DOE + differentials
