Activity Director Full-Time Aspire Senior Living New Florence, Missouri Aspire Senior Living New Florence is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Activity Director to join our team. As a key member of our senior living community, you will be responsible for creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our residents. Responsibilities: Develop and implement engaging activities and programs that cater to the diverse interests and needs of our residents Collaborate with the care team to ensure that activities are aligned with each resident’s individualized care plan Recruit and train volunteers to assist with activity programs Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of activity programs, making adjustments as needed Build strong relationships with residents, families, and staff to ensure a warm and welcoming environment Manage activity budgets and maintain accurate records Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in activity programming About the Role: As a Activity Director at Aspire Senior Living New Florence, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in recreation therapy, gerontology, or related field preferred Must be at least 18 required.
