Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner

Elsmere Psychiatry Group is seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join its expanding team in Lubbock, TX. This is a full-time, on-site opportunity offering a balanced mix of inpatient and outpatient psychiatric care within a highly collaborative, team-based care model. Compensation & Benefits Competitive compensation package commensurate with experience, including potential productivity and revenue-sharing opportunities Comprehensive healthcare coverage including medical, dental, and vision plans Employer-sponsored malpractice insurance coverage Supportive administrative and clinical infrastructure designed to streamline workflow and reduce provider burden Paid time off and CME allowance available Position Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and provide ongoing medication management Diagnose and treat a wide range of psychiatric and behavioral health conditions across the lifespan Deliver care across inpatient units and outpatient clinic settings Collaborate closely with an integrated care team including psychiatrists, therapists, nurses, and social workers Participate in individualized treatment planning and discharge coordination Maintain timely and accurate documentation within the electronic medical record (EMR) Participate in on-call rotation as required Qualifications Master’s or Doctoral degree from an accredited Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner program Current PMHNP-BC certification Active, unrestricted Texas APRN license with prescriptive authority DEA registration or ability to obtain prior to start date Prior experience in both inpatient and outpatient psychiatric settings preferred Strong clinical judgment, communication, and team collaboration skills Work Environment Location: On-site / In-Person Physician-led practice setting focused on delivering high-quality behavioral health care Collaborative multidisciplinary team environment with opportunities for professional growth and leadership
