Career Path Start as a Trainee in a 5‑week paid training program and earn a $0.50 raise and promotion to Pawnbroker upon completion. Advance through the Pawnbroker Certification Program and earn an additional $1 per hour. Progress to Lead Pawnbroker (Shift Manager) and then to Store Manager in Training, which includes a 12‑week training program. Maintain a friendly and professional environment that distinguishes the store from competitors. Qualifications High school diploma or GED. Customer service, cashier, or retail experience. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong multitasking ability. Passable criminal background check and drug test. Adherence to all company policies, procedures, and regulations. Knowledge of commonly pawned items (tools, jewelry, firearms, electronics) is a plus. Sales background is a plus.
