We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Line Cook to join our vibrant culinary team! As a key player in the kitchen, you will bring energy, precision, and creativity to food preparation and meal service. Your role is vital in delivering delicious, high-quality dishes that delight our guests and uphold our commitment to excellence. Responsibilities

Prepare and cook menu items with skill, consistency, and attention to detail, ensuring all dishes meet quality standards.
Follow recipes, portion controls, and presentation guidelines to deliver visually appealing meals.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations in accordance with food safety regulations.
Assist with menu planning by providing input on ingredient availability and preparation techniques.
Handle food safely by adhering to proper food handling procedures and sanitation standards.
Support catering events by preparing large quantities of food efficiently while maintaining quality.
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during busy hours and uphold a positive kitchen environment.

Experience

Previous experience working in a restaurant or food service setting is highly preferred.
Demonstrated culinary experience with proficiency in food preparation, cooking techniques, and knife skills.
Knowledge of food safety practices, including proper handling, storage, and sanitation protocols.
Experience in menu planning, meal preparation, and catering operations will be advantageous.
Strong understanding of the food industry standards for quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
