Monday - Thursday
5:30am - 4pm

Description: Assembler

The Assembler is responsible for building and assembling trailers and trailer components using a variety of hand and power tools. Duties include reading blueprints, measuring and cutting materials, drilling, fastening, caulking seams and joints, and installing components such as doors, wiring harnesses, brake systems, and other trailer parts. Employees must ensure all work meets company quality and safety standards while maintaining productivity goals.

Qualified candidates should be able to work in a fast-paced team environment, perform basic math calculations, read and interpret blueprints and measurements, and safely operate tools and equipment. Strong attention to detail, reliability, and a commitment to quality workmanship are essential. Steel-toe shoes are required. Requirements:
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, tape measurements, and company documents.
Basic math skills required.
Ability to safely operate hand and power tools, including drills, rivet guns, impact wrenches, grinders, caulk guns, and tape measures.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to perform physical labor and stand for extended periods.
Reliable attendance and willingness to work overtime as required.
Steel-toe shoes required.
