Restaurant Manager - Jacksonville, FL

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, knows how to develop people, and takes pride in great food and hospitality. Our managers are active leaders-not desk managers. You'll work across front-of-house, back-of-house, and high-volume catering operations while partnering with the General Manager to drive team performance, guest satisfaction, and restaurant results.

You'll work across front-of-house, back-of-house, and high-volume catering operations while partnering with the General Manager to drive team performance, guest satisfaction, and restaurant results.
What You'll Do
- Lead daily restaurant operations and ensure a great guest experience
- Coach, develop, and hold team members accountable
- Oversee food quality, cleanliness, safety, and operational standards
- Support high-volume catering production
- Manage scheduling, labor, inventory, and payroll
- Partner with the General Manager to drive sales and profitability
- Build a strong, positive team culture
- 2+ years of restaurant management experience
- Strong kitchen or food production background
- Experience leading teams in a high-volume environment
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Passion for hospitality and developing people
- Catering experience is a plus
- R365 experience is a plus
- Food Safety certification or willingness to obtain
- Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
