Pay: Up to $21.00 per hour, depending on experience
Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 6:00 AM-4:30 PM
Overtime: Friday, 6:00 AM-2:30 PM as needed
We are looking for an experienced Industrial Painter for a full-time position in Akron, Ohio.
This is an industrial painting position requiring experience with professional industrial painting processes and equipment . We are specifically looking for candidates with hands-on industrial painting experience.
Responsibilities
Please note: This position is not intended for candidates whose only painting experience is in a retail paint department such as Lowe's or Home Depot. Automotive/car painting experience alone does not meet the requirements for this position.

We are looking for an experienced Industrial Painter for a full-time position in Akron, Ohio.

Responsibilities
- Prepare metal and other surfaces for painting
- Clean, sand, grind, and properly prepare surfaces
- Mix and apply industrial paints and coatings
- Operate industrial painting equipment
- Apply primers, paints, and protective coatings according to specifications
- Inspect finished surfaces for proper coverage and quality
- Maintain painting equipment and work areas
- Follow safety procedures when handling paints, coatings, solvents, and equipment
- Work independently to complete assigned painting projects
- Previous industrial painting experience required
- Experience with spray painting and industrial coatings preferred
- Knowledge of surface preparation and paint application techniques
- Ability to read and follow job specifications
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
