CNC Programmer Peoplelink Staffing , in partnership with a leading manufacturing company, is seeking an experienced CNC Programmer to join their team! This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional with strong CNC programming experience and knowledge of manufacturing processes.

CNC Programmer / Machinist:
- Pay: Based on experience
- Shift: 2nd or 3rd
- Review customer prints and specifications against available production capabilities
- Prepare CNC programs to manufacture products that meet customer requirements
- Approve customer and internal production prints for manufacturing
- Purchase necessary tooling and equipment for production needs
- Develop and communicate machine setup requirements
- Evaluate and disposition non-conforming product
- Participate in design and development activities
- Support Engineering Change Requests (ECR) and Engineering Change Notifications (ECN)
- Collaborate with production, quality, and engineering teams to ensure manufacturing efficiency and product quality
- Experience programming CNC equipment in a manufacturing environment
- Proficiency with ESPRIT software
- Working knowledge of SolidWorks
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and customer specifications
- Strong understanding of machining processes, tooling, and machine setup requirements
- Experience participating in engineering and product development activities preferred
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Associate degree or equivalent manufacturing experience preferred
