District Production Manager - Franchise Bakery & Café Concept

A rapidly growing franchise bakery café concept specializing in high-quality baked goods and beverages, focused on delivering consistent product quality, food safety, and a welcoming guest experience across all locations. The District Production Manager is a field-based culinary and operations leader responsible for 15+ locations within the region. This role acts as a BOH training and quality leader , ensuring excellence in food production, sanitation, and product consistency. Think “traveling chef/trainer” —leading BOH training, rolling out new products, and elevating standards across all stores. Key Responsibilities Train and coach BOH teams on recipes, seasonal products, and production standards Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and health regulations (HACCP, GMP) Monitor product quality, presentation, and consistency across all locations Support new product launches and conduct hands-on training Evaluate and improve production processes, workflows, and efficiency Partner with franchisees and store leadership to drive performance Conduct audits, inspections, and provide corrective action plans Analyze product costs, labor, and operational performance Travel daily to stores; support training at regional training centers Qualifications 5+ years of experience in bakery, café, or food production environments Culinary or food production education preferred Strong knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and quality systems (HACCP, GMP, ISO) Experience in training, coaching, and developing BOH teams Strong problem‑solving, organizational, and communication skills Comfortable in a high‑travel, field‑based role 401(k) PTO + Paid Holidays Additional perks and a strong growth environment #J-18808-Ljbffr Restaurant Zone Recruiting
