The global Rosewood Residences team focuses on delivering distinctive, service-led branded residential experiences that enrich everyday living and foster meaningful connections between people and place. The team supports residential developments across pre-opening, stabilization, and ongoing operations, contributing to culture activation, operational excellence, and long-term community success. This role collaborates closely with on-site residential leaders, culinary teams, and Food & Beverage professionals to deliver exceptional dining experiences that reflect Rosewood's commitment to refined, personalized service.

As a Server at Rosewood Residences Lido Key, you play an essential role in creating memorable dining experiences through intuitive, personalized service and genuine hospitality. Every interaction is an opportunity to build meaningful relationships with residents while bringing Rosewood's philosophy of anticipatory service to life.

More than taking orders and delivering meals, you create experiences that feel effortless, refined, and thoughtfully personalized. Whether remembering a resident's favorite wine, anticipating dietary preferences, or recognizing a special occasion, your attention to detail transforms everyday dining into something exceptional.

Working closely with captains, culinary teams, bartenders, and fellow service professionals, you contribute to a seamless dining experience while fostering lasting connections within our residential community.

Deliver personalized, anticipatory dining service that reflects Rosewood brand standards and luxury residential hospitality.

Guide residents and guests through menus while confidently recommending food, wine, cocktails, and thoughtful beverage pairings.

Execute proper sequence of service with precision, grace, and exceptional attention to detail.

Maintain dining room readiness through polished table presentation, station organization, and meticulous service standards.

Collaborate closely with culinary, bar, and service teams to ensure seamless execution throughout every dining experience.

Recognize resident preferences and proactively personalize service to create memorable experiences.

Ensure accurate operation of the POS system while maintaining attention to billing accuracy and service details.

Maintain cleanliness, organization, and readiness of all service areas throughout each shift.

Support private dining, in-residence dining, special events, and poolside service as business needs require.

Position requires prolonged standing and walking for extended periods, carrying trays, lifting and transporting service items, and maintaining an active presence throughout the dining room.

You bring experience in luxury hotels, fine dining restaurants, private clubs, or other refined hospitality environments.

You possess a strong understanding of professional dining etiquette, sequence of service, and luxury hospitality standards.

You communicate naturally and confidently while building genuine relationships with discerning residents and guests.

You remain calm, organized, and detail-oriented while working in a fast-paced environment.

You have a passion for food, wine, cocktails, and hospitality, with a genuine desire to continually expand your knowledge.

Wine education, luxury hospitality experience, or formal service training is welcomed but not required.
