You're leading the team, keeping everything running smoothly throughout the shift. You'll serve customers, support the kitchen, dispatch delivery drivers, and supervise the shift from start to finish. You'll ensure high standards for both food and service, oversee completion of shift checklists, manage tip payouts, and make sure staffing is well assigned.You'll also support the training of new team members, help roll out new programs, policies, and products, and keep the restaurant clean and stocked.Past experience as a Shift Lead or Shift Supervisor is required for external candidates, and internal candidates must be with company for at least 3 months before applying for Shift Lead. We pinky promise.What We're Looking ForIf you're a team player who brings effort and good vibes to every shift, we wanna hear from you!Minimum of 6 months of experience in a Supervisor or Shift Leader position in food/beverage industry.Able to stand, walk, be on your feet for long periods of time.Able to lift up to 30lbs regularly and up to 50lbs on occasion.Able to tolerate touching and being around allergens such as gluten, dairy, eggs, etc.Comfortable using ovens, knives, kitchen tools, and other equipment of the restaurant biz.Comfortable working in environments with varying temperatures.Comfortable working and communicating in loud, fast-paced working environments.Must be 18+ years old to apply.Authorized to work in the U.S. (IDs required at Orientation).Able to read, write, and speak English comfortably with team and customers.Scheduling and AvailabilityState Street is open Sunday-Wednesday 11am-10pm, Thursday 11am-2am, and Friday-Saturday 11am-2:30am. Some typical shift times include lunch (9:30am-5pm), dinner (4:45pm-10pm/12am), and late nights (9:45pm-4:30am).Late-night shifts (9:45pm-4:30am) are required once per week.The action happens on evenings and weekends!
