Freezer, Cooler and Deli Stocker Associate Meridian, MS Sam’s Club #4871, 715 Bonita Dr, Meridian, MS 39301-4603 Requisition: R-176466 Salary: $17.00 – $25.00/hr Full time, shifts may vary Position Summary Our members value fresh food, and our associates are the team that keeps shelves stocked and ensures the freezers, coolers and deli area remain safe, clean and ready for members. In this role you’ll handle stocking, temperature control, customer service and the overall hygiene of the department. What you’ll do Maintain safety of the facility by following all safety procedures, conducting safety sweeps, operating forklifts safely, and handling hazardous materials per company standards. Manage the freezer/cooler/deli area, including zoning, stocking merchandise, setting up displays, removing damaged goods, pricing, and completing required documentation and audits. Provide member service by identifying member needs, locating merchandise, assisting with purchase decisions, serving deli products, resolving issues and promoting our products. Follow food‑handling and sanitation procedures, operate and maintain equipment, perform cold‑chain compliance while stocking, clean the area, monitor equipment performance, and report issues to management. Minimum Qualifications Must be 18 years of age or older. Must complete all required training and assessments within the prescribed period.
