AI Consultant

Lamex Foods Group is a multibillion-dollar global food company. We are looking for an ambitious, hands-on AI Consultant to join our Digital & Technology team and help shape how modern AI is adopted across our global business. What Success Looks Like Within the first 12 months, this role should: Audit & Identify : Partner with front-office and back-office teams to identify high-value, practical AI and automation opportunities across supply chain, sales, finance, and operations. Consult & Prototype : Act as an internal consultant translating business pain points into functional AI workflows, intelligent agents, and decision support tools. Build & Scale : Establish secure, scalable AI foundations using tools like Microsoft Copilot 365, Azure AI, Power Platform, and Microsoft Fabric. Drive Adoption : Train and empower staff, establish responsible AI governance, and build an internal AI forum to surface grassroots ideas. Demonstrate Value : Deliver measurable productivity gains, improved margin visibility, and automated reporting. Key Responsibilities Internal AI Consulting & Strategy: Partner directly with business leaders across sales, logistics, finance, and compliance to audit workflows, identify bottlenecks, and recommend AI-driven solutions. Hands-on Solution Delivery: Design, prototype, and help deploy practical AI tools, intelligent agents, automated workflows, and dashboards using Microsoft, OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google ecosystems. Platform & Integration: Work alongside data and system teams to connect AI capabilities to underlying ERP, B2B/B2C, database, and analytics platforms (e.g., Fabric, Power BI). AI Enablement & Governance: Lead internal training, create usage standards, and foster an "AI Forum" to educate teams and cultivate new ideas. Responsible Implementation: Ensure all solution patterns prioritize least-privilege access, data security, privacy, and human-in-the-loop controls. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Information Systems, Business Technology, or related field. 3+ years of experience in solution architecture, enterprise systems, ERP, front office, data, analytics, automation, or technology transformation. 3+ years of experience designing or implementing AI, generative AI, automation, analytics, intelligent agents, or decision-support solutions. 1-2+ years of practical experience building with or deploying generative AI, Copilot tools, LLM APIs, intelligent agents, or Power Platform workflows. Experience with Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Dataverse, Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, or related platforms. Strong understanding of generative AI, intelligent agents, APIs, integrations, cloud platforms, and enterprise applications. Demonstrated ability to reduce manual work, improve reporting, automate workflows, or increase operational efficiency. Strong communication, stakeholder management, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience in logistics, supply chain, transportation, warehousing, manufacturing, distribution, food, retail, or global trading environments. Familiarity with modern AI, sales, automation, and productivity platforms such as ChatGPT, Claude, Microsoft Copilot, HubSpot, Airtable, Gong, ZoomInfo, or similar tools, with the ability to evaluate where they fit within a secure enterprise architecture . Familiarity with finance and supply chain KPIs. Relevant certifications or formal training in AI, cloud, data, or automation technologies are advantageous Microsoft Certified: Agentic AI Business Solutions Architect Who You Are You are a practical builder and operator who can move from executive-level strategy to hands-on implementation. You understand how business processes, ERP, CRM, data, automation, and AI connect, and you are focused on measurable impact rather than theory. What We're Not Looking For Pure researchers or academics. Strategy-only consultants with no implementation experience. Candidates focused only on model development rather than business application. Leaders unwilling to get hands-on. Technologists who cannot connect AI work to business outcomes. Security & Governance Expectations This role must operate within strong enterprise security, privacy, compliance, and change-management controls. AI solutions must follow least-privilege access, approved platforms, audit logging, human-in-the-loop controls, secure integration patterns, and business-owner approval for workflows that affect financial, operational, customer, vendor, compliance, or ERP processes.
