-District paid vision and dental benefits (family) for 20 hour per week positions and above. -District contribution toward the purchase of medical benefits (amount is based on number of hours worked). -Paid holidays and sick leave. -CALPERS Retirement System - Annual stipend for the highest degree earned: • $500 Associates stipend • $750 Bachelors stipend • $1,000 Masters stipend • $1,200 Doctorate stipend
