Job Title: Travel Diagnostic Tech / Phlebotomist – Cardiology
Location: Hyannis, MA
Position Type: Contract
Schedule: 36 Hours/Week | Nights | 12-Hour Shifts | 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM | Every Other Weekend | Rotating Holidays

Position Overview:
Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking a Travel Diagnostic Tech / Phlebotomist – Cardiology for an exciting Travel assignment in Hyannis, MA .

Responsibilities:

• Draw blood and collect/transport clinical specimens to the laboratory
• Verify patient identity prior to specimen collection
• Perform EKGs, Holter Monitor placement, and Stress Testing per protocol
• Complete required lab documentation, cardiac test orders, and billing information
• Document testing information accurately in hospital systems and departmental logs
• Communicate workflow updates, order changes, and technical issues with clinical staff
• Assist nursing units with specimen collection and testing support
• Maintain PPE compliance and follow hospital safety standards
• Maintain clean, stocked, and organized testing/work areas
• Participate in quality assurance activities, staff meetings, and departmental support functions

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Phlebotomy Certification (PBT) required
• EKG Certification required
• Current BLS Certification required
• Preferred) - Acute care hospital experience .
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced clinical environment
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
