Med-Surg Tele Nurse Coordinator Shift Lead

Hourly Wage Estimate $40.15 - $58.58 per hour. Sign-On Bonus: $10,000 available to eligible new hires. About the Position Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) – Med Surg Tele. Ensures high quality, patient-centered care and coordination of all functions during the shift. Responsibilities Assist with admission and discharge processes. Participate in ongoing assessment of patient care quality. Collaborate with managers and subject matter experts to foster teamwork. Support patient-first philosophy and service recovery when needed. Operationalize nursing strategies such as employee rounding. Recommend and implement staffing actions, training, conflict resolution, and personnel policy compliance. Assist with staff scheduling and labor management. Support inventory control, supplies and equipment management. Qualifications Registered Nurse in the state of CO, or multistate. Basic Cardiac Life Support certification. Bachelor’s degree preferred; RN diploma acceptable. 1 year of acute care experience; leadership experience preferred.
