• Full-time W2, 4 days/week rounding in skilled nursing facilities

Compensation & Benefits
• Estimated earnings: $187K $221K+ with uncapped productivity
• Medical, dental, vision, 401(k), FSA/HSA
• Paid malpractice with tail, PTO, CME

Qualifications
• MD or DO with Texas license and DEA (or ability to obtain)
• Post-acute, inpatient, ED, or clinic experience preferred
