Part-Time Community Coordinator/Outside Sales Representative / Territory Sales Manager – South Carolina

Looking for an exciting sales opportunity that gives you flexibility, independence, and strong earning potential—without working a traditional five-day schedule?

This isn't a traditional 40-hour-per-week sales job. Work a maximum of 3 days per week. Complete your assigned town, and your work for the week is finished. We focus on results—not hours worked. You'll travel to an assigned community, meet with local business owners and community leaders, present our sponsorship program, develop partnerships, and secure sponsors. Finish the town. Finish the week.

Through Good Will Publishers and Ambassador Company, we partner with local businesses, schools, community leaders, and organizations to create meaningful community impact through sponsorship programs, educational outreach, and professionally produced publications. Our Public Relations Service works with businesses in communities generally ranging from 3,000–30,000 residents. We help local businesses gain visibility while supporting young families and providing educational children's books free to families through schools and community organizations.

What You'll Do

• Prospect and develop relationships with local business owners.
• Meet with school administrators, community leaders, and local organizations.
• Present our community sponsorship program.
• Secure advertising sponsors that help provide educational children's books free to families.
• Re-engage previous participants and build long-term relationships.
• Manage leads, follow-up, and your sales pipeline through our CRM.
• Represent Ambassador Company professionally within each community.
• Take ownership of your territory and results.

Schedule & Travel

• Maximum of 3 working days per week.
• Travel throughout your assigned South Carolina territory.
• Typically focus on one town at a time.
• Once the assigned town is completed, your work for the week is finished.
• No traditional 40-hour workweek.
• No sitting in an office simply to fill hours.
• Your schedule is driven by results and territory needs.
• Occasional overnight travel may be required depending on the territory.

The more efficiently you complete your town, the sooner you're finished for the week.

Compensation & Benefits

$40,000 Base Salary + 10% Commission on New Sales

• $40,000 guaranteed base salary
• 10% commission on new sales

Requirements

• 5–10 years of experience in community relations, field outreach, sales
• Hunter mentality, Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness and ability to travel extensively (5 days/week), typically spending time in 1–2 towns per week.
• Self-directed, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Proficient with CRM platforms and digital communication tools.
