Operate specialized hand tools, professional power equipment, and site instrumentation safely and effectively. Measure, cut, and prepare structural materials carefully under direct supervision to reduce waste. Maintain an immaculate, highly organized job site layout to eliminate hazards and preserve safety. Participate actively in technical site demolition, material staging, surface preparation, and installation tasks. Learn advanced residential building best practices through continuous field mentorship and active on‑the‑job training. Follow complex instructions from field supervisors precisely to maximize day‑to‑day team efficiency.
