Retail Account Representative

5 Pillar Solutions, Inc. is a leader in the lead generation industry, dedicated to promoting exceptional products and services to prospective customers. We are looking for a motivated Retail Account Representative to join our team of brand experts in the local area.

The Retail Account Representative will engage with customers in various retail stores, promoting our clients home improvement solutions and generating leads for their sales team. This role requires strong communication skills, a passion for home design & improvement, and the ability to build relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities:

● Provide information about our clients products and services, focusing on home improvement solutions.

● Identify and qualify potential leads through customer interactions.

● Collect customer information and document leads accurately for follow-up.

● Stay informed about current home improvement products and trends to effectively assist  customers.

● Attend training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.

● Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth transitions from leads to sales  opportunities.

● Assist in coordinating in-store promotions and events to attract customers.

● Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.

Qualifications:

● High school diploma or equivalent (some college coursework preferred).

● Previous retail experience, ideally in home improvement or related industries.

● Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

● Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.

Preferred Skills:

● Basic knowledge of home improvement products and services.

● Proficiency in using point-of-sale systems and customer relationship management (CRM) tools.

● A friendly and outgoing personality with a passion for helping others.
