Manufacturing Associate - Tester/Segmenter

Overview Omega Flex, a leading manufacturer of Flexible Gas Hose, is seeking dedicated team players to join as Manufacturing Associates – Testers/Segmenters in Exton, PA. This role involves working in an onsite manufacturing environment that emphasizes collaboration, safety, and high-performance results. Must be able to lift up to 60 pounds and be dependable, motivated, and ready for a long-term career. Responsibilities Segmenting & Cutting: Accurately measure, cut, and segment raw materials using specialized equipment (e.g., saws, laser cutters, or automated machinery). Quality Control: Inspect materials for defects, ensuring all cuts meet required specifications and quality standards. Machine Operation & Maintenance: Operate and maintain cutting equipment, troubleshoot minor issues, and report malfunctions. Safety Compliance: Follow company and industry safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment. Collaboration: Work closely with production teams, machine operators, and quality control personnel to meet production targets. Qualifications Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment (preferred). Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, or work instructions. Familiarity with cutting equipment and manufacturing tools. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Physical stamina to handle repetitive tasks and lift materials as needed. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment. Basic math and reading skills and the ability to read measuring instruments. Must be able to lift 60 pounds daily. Mechanical ability and/or prior manufacturing experience is helpful but not required (training provided). Reliable and dependable worker with strong work ethic. Benefits and Work Environment Day Shift: 7:00am – 3:00pm; Night Shift: 3:00pm – 11:00pm.
