We’re looking for a driven Outside Sales Representative to represent Vulcan Signs in the field. Someone who doesn’t just manage accounts, but expands them, strengthens them, and grows them. This is not a desk job. This is a get-out-in-the-field, meet-customers-face-to-face, and close-deals kind of role. The selected individual will also be required to travel to Foley, AL up to 4 times per year for extended periods of training and scheduled meetings. You’ll be the face of Vulcan in your territory responsible for: Growing existing customer relationships while aggressively developing new business opportunities Driving sales performance by executing a clear annual sales strategy Becoming a trusted advisor through consultative selling and real problem-solving Responding quickly and professionally to every customer inquiry because speed and service win business Building relationships at every level of a customer’s organization from buyers to senior leadership Representing Vulcan at trade shows, networking events, and industry gatherings where real opportunities are made Staying ahead of the competition by understanding market trends, pricing, and product positioning Turning leads into long‑term partnerships through consistent follow‑up and execution What Makes This Role Different At Vulcan, you’re not just selling a product you’re selling solutions backed by a strong brand and multiple integrated business capabilities.
