Job Description:

• Assists in the development and implementation of operational plans to support the CPE/CMO with medical staff structure and leadership team.
• Facilitates strategic plan development, implementation, and deployment of projects for the medical staff team, its committees, and subcommittees.
• Plans and develops agendas for key Executive Council meetings by collaborating with members of all business units and leaders to synthesize and prioritize agenda items.
• Contributes research and data analytics for the governance leadership team, reviewing and providing input on strategies and innovations.
• Leads projects under the direction of the CPE/CMO.
• Assists with the preparation of written briefs on decisions for the CPE/CMO and governance leadership team, including analyzing the pros and cons of options and business impact.
• Collaborates with senior leaders on the development of proposals that meet the CPE/CMO's expectations and standards.
• Serves as a conduit of information and communication from the office of the CPE/CMO to senior leaders and departments.
• Assists with the development of communication strategies for major initiatives when the message is from the CPE/CMO office.
• Manages the development and implementation of ongoing Medical Staff leadership training and orientation programs for new Medical Staff Members.
• Leads the development and maintenance of information systems to track and manage data related to the Medical Staff organizations and other customers.
• Assists with the development of policies, procedures, and practice-based privileges for Medical Staff.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Education:

• Bachelor's [Required]

Field of Study:

• in Healthcare related field, Healthcare Administration or Business Administration

Work Experience:

• 4+ in a health care setting [Required]
• 4+ of leadership or project management experience [Required]
• Experience in leading organizational change [Preferred]
• Experience in Medical Staff or Credentialing [Preferred]
• Experience in performance management [Preferred]

Licenses and Certifications:

• Certified Provider Credentialing Specialist (CPCS) [Required]
• Certified Professional Medical Staff Management (CPMSM) [Preferred]
• Change Management Certification (PROSCI) [Preferred]
• Project Management Institute (PMI) [Preferred]

$84,531.20 - $157,248.00
