Available shifts:

• Saturday & Sunday: 7AM-11PM

Responsibilities include:

• Assist the delegating nurse in prioritizing client's needs and responding appropriately to those needs.
• Follow the plan of care as written by the delegating nurse.
• Perform all procedures safely.
• Document actions and client response to care provided.
• Actively listen to any concerns expressed by the client.
• Maintain client's comfort and well-being.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma/GED or college degree
• Driver's license and reliable transportation
• Reliable mobile communication device
• Active certifications/licenses: CMT license, first aid/CPR
• Motivated and passionate to work with clients that have intellectual/developmental disabilities
• Experience with behavioral plans is preferred but not required
