Assistant Property Manager HUD/Tax Credit

We are hiring an Assistant Property Manager to support operations at a HUD/Tax Credit property, with a focus on leasing support, compliance paperwork, and resident services.Responsibilities:Assist with leasing, renewals, and move-in/move-out processesMaintain tenant files and compliance documentationSupport HUD and tax credit certification processingRespond to resident inquiries and service requestsHelp monitor rent collections and delinquency reportsSupport the Property Manager with daily administrative duties
