About the Position

The role involves working 12-hour shifts from 07:00 to 19:00. Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of experience. Experience with Meditech is preferred. The nurse will care for adult and geriatric patients. The patient ratio is 6:1 up to 7:1. In this position, floating to other areas may be required as a second nurse. Common diagnoses include surgical cases and psych-related issues. The environment is family-oriented, fostering supportive relationships among staff. Candidates should be prepared to work every other weekend. Required education is an Associate's degree in Nursing. Scrubs are the required attire, with no specific color mandated.
