Wire EDM Operator - 2nd Shift

Job Title

This fast-paced position requires the candidate to have the ability to manufacture components to customer specification using Wire and Small Hole EDM skills. Ability to work independently with general direction from management or perform tasks when given specific work instructions, will allow this candidate to succeed in the environment.

Primary Responsibilities

• Setup and operate wire EDM machines: AgieCharmilles Cut 550P, Cut 200sp, Cut 300, and 440cc.
• Setup and operate CNC holepoppers, Belmont and Titan.
• Maintain quality control of parts being manufactured.
• Deburr and bead blasting as required to prepare parts for shipping.
• Second shift position (1:30PM - 10PM M-F). Overtime as needed.
• Routine maintenance of machines as required

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience as a Wire EDM Operator.
• Must have set up experience.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Esprit programming experience a plus.
• Ability to multi-task as cycle time allows.
• Ability to work well with others.
