Compensation Breakdown This position is a direct reflection of your personal output and work ethic. Your overall revenue scales with your consistency and volume. You have the opportunity to receive a 5% raise on your comp every 2 months by hitting sales goals. Please note that this is an independent contractor (1099), commission-only career path. Results on income vary depending on the effort put in, the talent brought to the table, and the variables of the market that you work.
