Job Details

• Position Description: Evaluates assigned patients, creates, implements, and modifies treatment plans aligned with patient needs and physician directives. Responsible for supervising discipline-specific therapy services, designing functional treatment programs, and educating patients, families, and team members. Demonstrates compliance with organizational policies, safety standards, and professional codes of conduct.
• Required Qualifications: Must hold a valid, current State license; BLS certification required prior to first shift; minimum of 2 years of experience; inpatient rehabilitation experience is highly desired.
• Schedule: Days shift; 8 hours per shift; minimum of 40 hours per week.
