JOB SUMMARY The Machine Operator fabricates parts by positioning or aligning workpieces against stops and guides or with dies; operating equipment; observing operations; detecting malfunctions; inspecting parts; adjusting controls; and replacing dies. This role is an important role in the construction of our portal saw mills and industrial equipment. JOB FUNCTIONS Remote Work Capable Essential Functions Set up and operate any assigned machine in manufacturing area. Read blueprint and fabricate part per print specifications. Inspect own production frequently using proper gauges or measuring instrument. Clean work area daily. Train other employees. Lift 50 lbs. to waist. Ability to retain learned knowledge. Conduct oneself in a professional manner at all times. Stand 8 to 10 hours each day. Required for All Jobs Performs other duties as assigned.
