RN Supervisor - Interventional Radiology (IR) Baylor Scott & White Health | Waxahachie, TX Full-Time | 40 Hours/Week | Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM Baylor Scott & White Health is seeking an experienced and collaborative RN Supervisor to lead our Interventional Radiology (IR) team in Waxahachie. This leader will oversee daily clinical and operational activities while fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and patient-centered care. About The Role As the RN Supervisor, you will provide leadership and support to a highly specialized procedural nursing team. You will be responsible for coordinating daily operations, staffing, patient flow, quality and safety initiatives, regulatory compliance, and team development. This role partners closely with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to ensure exceptional patient outcomes and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities Lead and supervise IR nursing staff and daily department operations Manage staffing, scheduling, patient throughput, and workflow coordination Promote quality, safety, and regulatory compliance initiatives Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams Support onboarding, education, coaching, and performance management Drive process improvement and employee engagement efforts Provide visible clinical leadership in a fast-paced procedural environment Why Join Us? Distribute resources judiciously to achieve optimal patient care and operational productivity without compromising on cost-effectiveness. Establish policies and procedures meticulously in alignment with the standards established by the accreditation body and the institution's priorities.
