Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Starting at $38.00 per hour

We are seeking a compassionate, energetic, and reliable Support Staff Professional to join a dedicated team supporting an incredible 21-year-old young man in his home and community. This is an opportunity to build a meaningful relationship while helping someone live a full, active, and rewarding life.

You'll work alongside a welcoming, supportive family and an experienced team of behavioral professionals who provide ongoing training, guidance, and encouragement. Staff are respected, appreciated, and treated as valued members of the team.

What You'll Do

• Provide active, hands-on support throughout the day
• Assist with personal care, including toileting, bathing, feeding, and mobility
• Support communication using an iPad and basic sign language
• Participate in community outings, recreational activities, and daily routines
• Implement positive behavioral support strategies and collect required documentation
• Work collaboratively with family and other professionals

• Works well as part of a team and is eager to learn

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, Special Education, Counseling, Social Work, Gerontology, or a related field OR NADD Certification with relevant experience

Preferred:

• Experience supporting individuals with autism or developmental disabilities
• Experience with positive behavioral supports and data collection
• CNA or comparable hands-on care experience

Additional Requirements

• Reliable transportation
• Non-smoker
• Comfortable working in a home with pets
• Able to assist with transfers and personal care
• Successful completion of required background checks
