Associate Product Manager - Commercial

Partnering closely with cross-functional teams—including engineering, analytics, and go-to-market—you will execute core product management strategies that help businesses confidently assess and manage risk. This role offers an excellent opportunity to drive impactful, day-to-day product objectives while delivering high-value insights to our B2B customers.What you’ll doMarket Opportunity Assessment - Analyze data and evaluate competitive landscape to identify potential opportunities to support overall Market Understanding; Gather data to support identification of customer needs and define elements required to meet customer needsProduct Definition - Contribute to prioritization of opportunities & begin to understand product trade-offs; Support review of buy, build, partner approach to further develop product understanding and optionsProduct Strategy & Planning - Contributes to the development of business cases and product roadmaps used in product strategy and planning sessions across the Product Delivery Value StreamProduct Delivery & Launch - Provide descriptions and requirement definition for product development; Prepare for and support product releaseGrowth & Portfolio Management - Monitor product adoption and use, and collect customer feedback to support product lifecycle management; Track and monitor product performance including revenue and margin for the products supported; Collect, analyze and interpret data to support conclusions and/or present insights and findingsWhat experience you needBachelor's degree in a related discipline strongly preferred; equivalent experience may be considered2-5 years of product management or business analyst experience or related coursework and project based experienceGeneral understanding of Agile methodologies and/or project management methodologies preferredProven experience working in a Product Management environment in Technology, Financial Services or Data & Analytics is a plusWhat could set you apartDomain Expertise: Demonstrated knowledge of the commercial risk, credit, or B2B financial services landscape.Commercial Acumen: A strong track record of actively monitoring product adoption, revenue, and margin performance to proactively guide product lifecycle and growth decisionsAdvanced Analytics: Exceptional ability to translate complex market, competitive, and customer data into compelling business cases and strategic product roadmaps.Agile Execution: Hands-on experience collaborating closely with cross-functional engineering and analytics teams in an Agile environment to define requirements and successfully launch data-driven products.Strategic Evaluation: Prior experience navigating complex product trade-offs, including conducting "build, buy, or partner" analyses to accelerate innovation and meet market needsWe offer comprehensive compensation and healthcare packages, 401k matching, paid time off, and organizational growth potential through our online learning platform with guided career tracks.Are you ready to power your possible?
