Shift Leader

Overview We are looking for a Shift Leader to work at Einstein Bros. Bagels. The Shift Leader collaborates directly with the General Manager to motivate the team, ensure a great guest experience, maintain quality and cleanliness, and open/close the store. Responsibilities Collaborate with the General Manager to motivate the team and deliver great guest experience. Set morale and tone of the team, provide feedback and coach team members when needed. Open and close the store with little to no supervision. Ensure quality of food and beverages and maintain a safe and clean store environment. Support team operations during varied hours, including early openings (as early as 3am) and weekends. Assist in the completion of leadership training and maintain required certifications. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Age 18 or older. Ability to work varied hours/days as business dictates, including early hours (as early as 3am) and weekends. Must pass background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law. Must possess or be able to acquire a ServSafe Certification prior to completion of leadership training. Possession of a current, valid, state‑issued driver’s license (preferred; required at specific locations). Must meet company's driving qualifications as required by Company policy.
