Looking for a dynamic and rewarding role in the hospitality industry? DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Holland is seeking a talented and dependable Bartender/Server to join our team! Located in the charming city of Holland, MI, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional guest experiences in a warm and welcoming environment. What You’ll DoAs a Bartender/Server, you’ll play a key role in creating memorable dining experiences for our guests. Your responsibilities will include:
- Opening the bar/restaurant for evening dinner service.
- Bartending and serving guests with professionalism and a guest-first attitude.
- Taking food and drink orders and ensuring timely delivery to tables.
- Running food and maintaining a clean, organized, and well-stocked work area.
- Completing side work and assisting with closing/resetting the bar and dining area at the end of the night.
- Adhering to all alcohol service, cash handling, food safety, and company policies.
To succeed in this role, you should bring the following:
- Experience : At least 1 year of previous restaurant, bar, or hotel service experience is preferred.
- Dependability : A reliable team member who can work independently and take initiative.
- Guest-Focused Attitude : A passion for providing outstanding service and creating positive guest interactions.
- Multitasking Skills : Comfort working in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks.
- Availability : Evening shifts from 4:45 PM to 11:30 PM, including weekends and holidays.
